Ingredients:
- 500g Farmer’s Pantry beef mince
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 400g canned tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 300g spaghetti
- Grated Parmesan (optional)
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and grated carrot, and cook for 5 minutes until soft.
2. Add beef mince and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
3. Stir in canned tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. While the sauce cooks, boil spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain.
5. Serve the Bolognese sauce over spaghetti and top with grated Parmesan if desired.
