The Perfect sauce for a showstopper Steak.

This sauce is the perfect accompaniment for a Farmers Pantry Steak cooked over fire.

Chimichurri Sauce
Ingredients:
1 large bunch fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
1 small bunch fresh coriander (optional), finely chopped
3–4 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp chilli flakes (adjust to taste)
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
3 tbsp white wine vinegar or cider vinegar
100ml extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
Finely chop the parsley (and coriander if using) and place in a mixing bowl.
Add the minced garlic, dried oregano, chilli flakes, salt, and black pepper.
Stir in the lemon juice and vinegar.
Pour in the olive oil gradually while mixing, until the sauce comes together and is nicely combined.
Let it rest for at least 20–30 minutes to allow the flavours to blend. You can also refrigerate it for up to 3 days (bring to room temperature before serving).
