Farmers Pantry Valentine’s Giveaway

Terms & Conditions

1. PromoterThe promoter is Farmers Pantry Butchers (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

   • Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

   • Employees of Farmers Pantry Butchers and their immediate families are excluded.

   • Proof of age may be required.

3. Giveaway Period

   • The giveaway opens on Monday 2nd February and closes at 23:59 on Tuesday 10th February.

   • The winner will be drawn on Wednesday 11th February.

4. How to EnterEntries can be made in the following ways:

   • In-store: Make a purchase at any Farmers Pantry Butchers location during the giveaway period.

   • Online purchase: Place an order via farmerspantrychristmas.shop during the giveaway period.

   • Social media: Like and share the official giveaway post on Facebook or Instagram.

   No purchase is necessary to enter via social media.

5. PrizeOne prize consisting of:

   • 1 x Great Frampton red wine

   • 2 x ribeye steaks

   • 2 x Verstegen sauces

   • The prize is non-transferable and no cash or alternative will be offered.

   • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if required.

6. Winner Selection & Contact

   • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

   • The winner will be contacted on Wednesday 11th February using the contact details provided at entry.

   • The Promoter will make up to three attempts to contact the winner.

   • If the winner does not respond after three contact attempts, the prize will be redrawn and awarded to an alternative winner.

7. Prize Collection & Delivery

   • The prize must be collected on Thursday 12th February from a designated Farmers Pantry Butchers location.

   • For online entries, delivery is available within South Wales only. Delivery outside South Wales is not available.

   • Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and address.

8. Alcohol Clause

   • Alcohol will only be awarded to winners aged 18 or over.

   • Valid photo ID may be required on collection or delivery.

   • If proof of age cannot be provided, the alcohol element will be withheld with no replacement.

9. Data Protection

   • Personal data provided will be used solely for administering this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

   • All data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

10. Social Media Disclaimer

    • This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

    • By entering, participants release Facebook and Instagram from any responsibility.

11. General

    1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its control require it.

    2. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
