Free delivery is available on orders of £40 or more.
Delivery Area
We deliver across South Wales, covering from Newport in the East, Swansea in the West, and Merthyr Tydfil in the North.

Delivery Days
Deliveries are made Tuesday to Saturday.
No deliveries are made on Sundays or Mondays.
Delivery Times
Orders are usually delivered within 24 to 72 hours of being placed.
While we aim to deliver as promptly as possible, delivery times may vary based on demand, location, and availability.
Right to Cancel or Refuse Orders
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that falls outside our delivery area.
In such cases, you will be notified and issued a full refund.
Product Availability
All items are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable, we’ll contact you to offer an alternative or arrange a refund. On occasion we will make an appropriate substitution.
