Tender pieces of Salmon, mixed with fluffy mashed potato and Thai flavours, coated in a golden, Caribbean breadcrumb. Full of flavour, these Thai inspired fishcakes, have been made lovingly by our very own chef, Beth at our Farm Kitchen.

 

Ingredients.

Salmon (Fish)(27%), Potato; (Potatoes, Concentrated Butter (Milk) Unskimmed Milk Powder, Salt, Spices, Emulsifier;E451) Egg, Sweetcorn, Peppers, Panko(Wheat Flour, Sugar, Salt, Yeast Bread Additive, Corn Starch, Calcium Sulphate, Ascorbic Acid)Desiccated Coconut, Wheat Flour(Wheat Flour, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine) Garlic, Thai Green Curry Paste ((Green Chilli 31%), Lemongrass (21%), Garlic, Salt, Galangal (9%), Crustacean Paste (Shrimp, Salt) Kaffir Lime Peel, Spices (Coriander Seed, Pepper, Cumin, Turmeric)) Coriander, Chilli, Lemongrass, Salt, Pepper.
