Tender pieces of Salmon, mixed with fluffy mashed potato and Thai flavours, coated in a golden, Caribbean breadcrumb. Full of flavour, these Thai inspired fishcakes, have been made lovingly by our very own chef, Beth at our Farm Kitchen.
