Jackfuit Madras (V) and Rice
A spicy jackfruit curry, this curry will tantilise those taste buds. Hot, tasty and delicious served with boiled rice. A real treat that isn't meat!

DEFROST THOROUGHLY BEFORE HEATING
Oven: 170’c/ Gas Mark 3 for 18-20 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Make sure the food is piping hot throughout.
Microwave: Place in a microwaveable dish. Full Power for 3 ½ Minutes. Stir. Heat for a further 2 ½ minutes. Make sure the food is piping hot throughout.
Put into a microwavable bowl and heat on full power for 2 minutes. Stir. Heat for a further 2 ½ minutes until piping hot.
DO NOT REFREEZE
