A mildly spiced chicken curry, made with chunks of fresh chicken breast coated in a 'chippy' style curry sauce. Served with boiled rice.
Chinese Curry Sauce (Wheat Flour(Wheat, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin)Palm Oil, Curry Blend(Ground Coriander, Ground Turmeric, Mustard Flour, Chana Dal, Ground Cumin, Chilli Powder, Ground Fenugreek, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Salt) Sugar, Salt, Flavour Enhancer (E621) Tomato Powder, Ground Turmeric, Chilli Powder) Chicken (25%), Onion, Coriander, Garlic, Salt, Pepper.
DEFROST THOROUGHLY BEFORE HEATING
Chicken Curry -
Oven: 170’c/ Gas Mark 3 for 18-20 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Make sure the food is piping hot throughout.
Microwave: Place in a microwaveable dish. Full Power for 3 ½ Minutes. Stir. Heat for a further 2 ½ minutes. Make sure the food is piping hot throughout.
Microwave: Put into a microwavable bowl and heat on full power for 2 minutes. Stir. Heat for a further 2 ½ minutes until piping hot.
